Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
For Students Ages 14–21
SkillTime’s Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) are designed to support students with disabilities as they prepare for life beyond high school. Our programs focus on building confidence, independence, and real-world readiness—so students can successfully transition into careers, continued education, or supported employment.
These services are funded through state vocational rehabilitation programs and are offered at no cost to eligible students, families, and school partners.

Career Discovery &
Exploration
Students are guided through engaging career exploration experiences that help them identify interests, strengths, and potential career pathways. Through interactive activities, career tools, and exposure to different industries, students begin to envision what their future can look like.
Workplace Readiness
Skills
We help students develop the everyday skills needed to succeed in professional environments. This includes building routines around time management, teamwork, communication, personal presentation, and workplace behavior. Real-life scenarios and guided practice help students gain confidence and independence.
Self-Advocacy &
Empowerment
Students learn how to understand their rights, express their needs, and confidently ask for support or accommodations. SkillTime focuses on strengthening communication and self-confidence so students feel prepared to speak up in both academic and workplace settings.
Planning for Life After High School
We provide student-centered guidance to explore post-secondary options such as college, vocational programs, workforce training, supported employment, or adult programs. Our team helps students and families understand next steps, expectations, and available resources.
Educator Professional Development & Organizational Behavior Management
SkillTime offers a variety of professional development learning opportunities such as Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plan training, Positive Behavior Intervention System Training (Tiers1-3), specific strategy trainings handling individuals with Emotional Behavior Disorders. We also specialize in Organizational Behavior Management trainings to help businesses and organizations analyze staff behavior and performance in the workplace. We provide staff support, assist with creation of strategic plans and modify processes to positively increase staff performance and behavior change.
Intensive Behavior/Mental Health Services
Intensive Behavior and Mental Health Services SkillTime offers a community-based service that occurs across the home, school, and/or community settings. Our mental health professionals work with individual and family to address behavior health needs utilizing strength-based practices. SkillTime utilizes documents such as FBA/BIP’s, Treatment and Crisis plans, and other needs assessments to educate the child and caregiver on skills to make positive behavior change in all domains.
