Skill Time offers a continuum of support across home, school, and community environments. Our services are designed to improve behavior, emotional regulation, and daily functioning while empowering caregivers and educators with clear strategies.
Behavior and Mental Health Support
We offer community-based intensive behavior and mental health support across home, school, and community settings. Using tools such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), individualized treatment plans, and crisis plans, our clinicians help children and families build coping skills, regulate emotions, and strengthen positive behaviors in all environments.

Professional Development & Organizational Training
Skill Time provides specialized professional development and behavior training for educators, schools, and organizations. Our sessions include FBA and BIP training, Positive Behavior Intervention Systems (PBIS) Tier 1–3, and strategies for supporting students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD).
We also offer Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) training to help schools, agencies, and businesses analyze staff performance, strengthen workplace culture, and implement systems that drive lasting positive behavior change.
